Alice rules this house.
She may look innocent and sweet and adorable. She totally is. But she also knows it. And she also knows how to get everyone to do exactly what she wants, when she wants and how she wants. It’s one of her many talents.
Today the big kids had “Mother’s Day Out” so at 9:45 I hurried them out the door. While I was grabbing a few things (my camera being one of them) Alice was, apparently, bossing people around. Surprise. I walked out to find this:
Yep. Yelling at Jamie. Or “Jay-Jay” as he is known to Alice. She was afraid he might try and crawl in the back (which he would have) so she made sure he knew exactly what she wanted him to do.
It was a race to the car.
And after some shoves and yells, guess who won.
Cuz that’s how she rolls.
And because Jamie is the sweetest, he always just goes with it.
Because what are you going to do with a screaming, bossy 2 year old?
And then we arrived at daycare.
No shoes. Because that’s how I roll.
I have 4 kids. If one of them missing shoes is the biggest fail of the morning, I’m happy.
